Returns Policy

DELIVERY/RETURNS POLICY

  1. Dressed By Vanessa will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order. Any goods lost or damaged in transit are at buyer’s risk. Should you require insurance for your parcel, please make arrangements or contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
  2. Please allow 2-3 working days for orders to be processed and shipped. Delivery to buyer from the courier is normally within 2-5 days nationally and between 5-10 days for outlying areas, though these times are not guaranteed.
  3. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Refunds and your consumer rights
    • Should you want to get a refund for any reason, please contact us at vanessawickins@me.com. Dressed by Vanessa’s refund policy includes: (1) items must be returned to Dressed by Vanessa within 14 days from date of delivery to you; (2) the returned item must be in its original condition; (3) you must be able to show your proof of payment (POP, credit card receipt etc.); (4) you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to our shop in Craighall Park, Johannesburg unless you can show that the items do not materially conform to the description we provided to you at time of purchase; (5) no refunds will be given on items that have been specifically made or altered for you or items that have been damaged or in any way not fit for resale, (6) no refunds on sale items.  Your legal rights in regard to returns are not affected by our returns policy.
